You have the right to obtain full written copies of any forms, filings, or documents submitted on your behalf.
You have the right to review any information I rely on or gather for your case (financial data, benefit eligibility, correspondence, applications).
You have the right to choose your own attorney or advisor at any time — even if I helped you get started.
You have the right to ask for clarity: what services I’m providing, and what I am not doing (e.g., representing you in court, giving formal legal opinions, giving binding financial advice).
You have the right to contact the original benefit or government agency directly (for example, if you believe an error was made).
